Comprehensive Initial Intake

A detailed first appointment focused on understanding your child, your family, and the concerns bringing you to therapy.

We’ll discuss:

  • Your child’s development and current concerns

  • Strengths, needs, and patterns of behavior

  • Family history and important experiences

  • Relationships at home, school, and in other settings

  • Your family’s goals for treatment

Together, we’ll develop a shared understanding of what may be contributing to the challenges you’re seeing and create a personalized plan for treatment.

Early Childhood Consultation

A one-time service offering parents and caregivers focused guidance about their child’s development, emotions, or behavior.

I can help with:

  • Developmental questions and age-appropriate expectations

  • Emotional or behavioral concerns

  • Social skills and relationships

  • Parenting strategies and support

  • School or childcare concerns

  • Identifying helpful evaluations, services, or interventions

We’ll discuss your concerns, your child’s strengths, and what you’re noticing at home, at school, or in other settings. I’ll provide developmentally informed recommendations and practical guidance tailored to your family, along with suggestions for helpful next steps. This standalone service does not include ongoing therapy or a formal assessment, though I may recommend pursuing either or both.

Consultation

Helping young children and their caregivers strengthen relationships, navigate big emotions, and heal after stressful or traumatic experiences.

I can help with:

  • Anxiety and emotional dysregulation

  • Attachment and bonding

  • Challenging behaviors

  • Family transitions and adjustment

  • Developmental and behavioral concerns

  • NICU, medical, or relational trauma

  • Medical and dental fears

I am trained in several evidence-based therapies developed specifically for young children and their families, including Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Parent Management Training (PMT), and cognitive-behavioral/exposure-based therapies. Together, we'll develop a treatment plan tailored to your child's strengths, your family's goals, and the challenges you're facing.

Family Therapy

Practical, compassionate guidance to help everyday challenges feel more manageable.

I can help with…

  • Sleep concerns (frequent night wakings, difficulty falling asleep independently, early morning waking, nap transitions, sleep regressions.)

  • Feeding concerns (picky eating and food refusal, difficulty transitioning textures, mealtime power struggles, feeding-related anxiety for parent or child.)

  • Toileting concerns (toilet training challenges, toileting regressions, behavioral withholding.)

Parent coaching is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to your family's goals.
